Ulusan Aluminum started its operations as an application company in 1983. Ulusan, which has been serving the sector with the sale of aluminum profiles and accessories since 1990, took its first step in the field of industrialization with the electrostatic powder coating facility it established in 1998.With 24 years of sales and marketing experience, he has completed the investments of 1750 tons of 7 SMS press in 2007, 8 SMS 2750 tons of press in 2011, 7 SMS 2000 tons of press line in 2015 and composite panel production line with B1-B2 recipe controlled mixing system. In 2018, it invested in the first vertical paint facility in Turkey, which has a pinch valve system and provides stable paint thickness. Our company, which has an automation-controlled anodizing coating facility of 135000 Amperes, can meet all customer demands in the aluminum profile sector. In our facilities operating on an area of 85000 m², 70000 m² of which is closed, almost all production stages are controlled by fully automatic machines.Ulusan Aluminum has become the largest manufacturer in Anatolia and one of the few manufacturers operating in Turkey and Europe. Ulusan Aluminum follows the sectoral developments in the world and will continue to make the necessary investments in line with today s needs. In 2025, 45 MN (10 INCH) SMS AND 66 MN (14 INCH) SMS extrusion lines and foundry line will be put into operation and we are happy to meet all the needs of our customers.
