The 3-Axis CNC controlled panel and profile processing machine LEPUS - X is developed to cut v - channel opening and similar operations on various composite panels and plates. Thanks to its automatic tool magazine system with capacity for 5 tools, LEPUS -X saves time when switching to different operations. In addition , LEPUS X enables processing of aluminum, wooden ,plastic and various materials by replacement of the milling cutter.

SPICA F Saw Notching Machine is designed and constructed for variable notching possibilities on the sash, frame, mullion and transom profile combinations for curtainwalls, winter gardens, skylights, and special design processing with the special angles at the profile and surface. The workpiece remains fixed on the working table and only the hydro-pneumatic sawing unit having 2 saw blades slides on the linear guides automatically to perform the notching operation

3 axis servo controlled double head front blade saw with 600 mm saw blades GEMINI VI is ideal for cutting aluminum and PVC profiles in various angles and thickness. GEMINI VI has been designed to cut wider profiles and provides rapid and automatic positioning of heads with servo control at any angles between -22.5° and 45° Double head GEMINI VI enables simultaneous cutting of profile lengths from 480 mm to 5050 mm and eliminates barriers for cutting of 5050 mm and longer profiles. Safety is a topmost priority for GEMINI VI together with the horizontal and vertical clamps along with profile support units which improve the cutting quality.

The GARNET 5X, a 5-axis CNC machining center, empowers a wide range of users by efficiently processing aluminum [PVC, light alloy and even steel] profiles of various sizes. Its spindle allows for multi-angle machining between 0° and 360° on the C-axis and 0° to 180° on the A-axis. Designed for versatility, it tackles non-standard operations on diverse profiles, including cutting, drainage channel opening, drilling, marking, and notching all in a single setup. This multi-functionality is complemented by a generous working area of 550 mm x 340 mm, boosting user productivity
