The XP 8000 is our 4-axis CNC machining center with a machining area of 7,300 mm. Thanks to its 350 mm. x 350 mm. processing height and width, it can be used for the processing of all kinds of aluminum profiles. The biggest advantage offered by the XP 8000 4 axis cnc machining center is that it doubles the efficiency and capacity that can be obtained from a cnc machine thanks to its dual station operation feature. Moreover, the fact that it can process aluminum profiles in the widest diameter dimensions adds a different value to the product. It is a moving CNC Profile Machining Center on X-Y-Z-A axes. The bridge system carrying the milling head moves with a geared servo motor and is 0,1 mm./ 1mm. sensitive. This sensitivity is ensured by a high quality control system. The milling motor rotates at a high power of 24,000 revolutions and is able to process even the thickest aluminum profiles. Materials that can be machined on the machine; Aluminum profile, PVC profile, light metal alloy all types of profiles. With a net machining length of 7 meters, the XP 8000 has 8 automatically positioned profile compression pistons. The profile dimensions that can be connected to the pistons and processed are 450 mm. x 350 mm. With the 8-piece tool changing magazine, it is possible to process all kinds of parts using different tools. With the horizontally positioned bidirectional spindle, it is possible to process from both surfaces of the profile. With excellent precision thanks to its bridge system, the XP 8000 demonstrates an agility of 4G with the privilege of using high-quality servo motors and drives in accelerations. The chips of the processed parts are isolated with the protection cover in accordance with CE norms and the chips falling to the ground are evacuated out of the machine with the chip evacuation system. This system ensures that even micron-sized chips are evacuated from the machine and converted into company capital.
