The Polyurethane Filling Machine, which we have produced and installed, is a machine that allows filling the insulation barrier gaps and chambers of 6 mt and above profiles by injecting two-component polyurethane for the first time in Turkey and in the world.
Full Systems is a heat-insulated Aluminum Door & Window System filled with polyurethane, and it provides high strength and high thermal performance thanks to the polyurethane filling applied. It also offers window manufacturers the opportunity to collect windows without the need for a machine with the application of steel corner connection sheet.
