CNC machining centre with 5 controlled axes for machining aluminium, PVC, light alloys in general and steel bars or parts up to 4 m in length. The 4th and 5th axes allow the electrospindle to rotate continuously from -15° to 90° in the horizontal axis and from -360° to +360° in the vertical axis to the CN and to machine the top surface of the profile and all summer surfaces. Above the X-axis carriage, there is a 12-slot tool magazine, which can also accommodate a disc milling cutter. In addition, there is a travelling work plane, which facilitates the loading/unloading of parts and significantly increases the machinable cross-section.

Controlled 4-axis CNC work bench suitable for working lath, aluminium parts, PVC, light alloys and steel parts up to 2 mm thick. Vise groups with automatic positioning. It has a 4-slot or (optionally) 8-slot tool storage, allowing the loading of 2 angular units and a disc milling cutter for machining 5 faces of the part. It processes bars up to 4 m in length. The 4th axis of the CN allows the electro chuck to rotate from 0° to 180° and to be positioned at any intermediate angle. The machine is therefore able to machine the top and side faces of the profile at any inclination within the aforementioned range. All CNC axes are absolute and do not need to be reset when the machine is restarted. Furthermore, the movable worktable facilitates the loading/unloading of the part and significantly increases the working cross-section.

Crimper for closing the corners of aluminium profiles for doors, windows and facades. The machine is controlled by an electronic system capable of memorising the crimping coordinates for each profile. This information is required by the operating system for the automatic positioning of the reference fork and the crimping tools. The forks and tools are automatically positioned when the profile to be machined is called up. The blades are universal for all profiles and the system informs the operator if it is necessary to replace a tool.
