ELC Aluminium Industry and Trade Inc. started its activities in Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone in 2016 to transfer its 50 years of metal production and processing experience to aluminum product production in 2016. It operates in a total area 50.000 m² of which is closed with over 210 employees. It aims to constantly improve its production processes and expand its product range with new ideas and investments.ELC ALUMINIUM has an annual aluminium profile production volume of 24.000 tons with a total of 3 presses 2 6 and 1 8 . It provides product and services to more than 330 sectors with its anodizing facility with an annual capacity of 12.000 tons electrostatic Powder Coating Facility with an annual capacity of 9.000 tons and Polishing and Satining units. In addition to standard and special design profile requirements finished and semi-finished products are processed in our mechanical processing facility with certain tolerances.In order to offer cost advantage to its customers by shortening the supply chain in our mechanical processing facility cutting deburring length finishing 4- axis CNC operations up to 7 meters long pressing drilling and twisting services are provided. Our company has many quality certificates required for extrusion and semi finished product production. TSE EN 755-1, TS EN ISO 90012015, ISO 450012018,ISO 140012015, ISO/IEC 270012013 ,Qualanod ve Qualıcoat Certificates.In addition it has proven that it can meet high quality and sensitive production requirements by considering the environment and human health with its Reach and Rohs Report , Domestic Goods Certificate Zero Waste Certificate Zero Waste Certificate and ministry of national Defense Approved Supplier Certificate.
