Our company was established 100% domestic capital and operates in closed area of 35.000 m² and a total area of 50.000 m² with 250 employees. ELC ALUMINIUM has an annual production volume of 24.000 tons of aluminium profiles with to 6 and one 8 presses in total. It offers products and services to more than 330 companies with ıts annodizing facility with an annual capacity of 12.000 tons, electrostatic powder coating facility with an annual capacity of 9.000 tons, and Polishing and Satin finish units. It also server with wood grain sublimation application. In addition to standard and special design profile requirements; finished and semi-finished products are also processed in our mechanical processing facility with specific tolerances. In order to provide cost advantage to our customers by shortening the supply chain in our mechanical processing facility; cutting, Deburring,length completion, 4-axis CNC operations up to 8 meters,pressing, drilling and bending services are provided.Another important feature of our company is that it supports companies by designing and developing the industrial products that these companies need. Our company has provided consultancy, Project and supply stages of many companies not only in domestic market but also abroad. Our company has many quality certificates required for extrusion and semi-finished production.These are TSE EN 755-1, TS EN ISO 90012015, ISO 450012018,ISO 140012015, ISO/IEC 270012013, RoHS and REACH, QUALANOD and QUALICOAT quality certificates.
