TREMCO INSULATED GLASS FILLER SILICONE

JS562 is a two-component, neutral-curing, high modulus elastomeric silicone sealant. It was developed specifically for use as a secondary sealant/filler component in dual sealing systems, particularly in the production of insulated glass units (double glazing/insulated glass). In systems where the primary sealant (e.g., PIB-polyisobutylene-based sealants such as JS680 or JS880) serves as a vapor barrier, JS562 provides a secondary sealant layer surrounding the glass edges.
