PHANTOMATIC M4L

A 3-spindle CNC work center with automatic tool rotation allows work on all four sides of the part. Designed for work on aluminum, PVC, light alloy bars and components, and steel up to 2 mm thick. A 9-slot manual tool magazine and a 4-slot automatic tool magazine are available on the left side of the cabin. A second 4-slot automatic tool magazine can be added to the right side of the cabin as an option. Profile adjustment is performed using a pneumatic rivet located on the left, which is blocked by four fixed vices automatically positioned by the X-axis. A second pneumatic rivet loading on the right side allows for multiple work on bars twice the length of the work area. It also features a mobile worktable that simplifies part loading/unloading, significantly increasing work capacity.
