In recent years, documentation of gas filling processes has become a centre of focus. PRODUCTS : STANDARD GAS FILLING MACHINE The STANDARD has 4 filling lines, this means that up to four IG units can be filled at the same time! The gas concentration is measured by an integrated gas analyser during the entire filling process. As soon as the set gas concentration is reached, the filling process of all four filling lines is ended automatically. Consequently this gas filling system is particularly well suited for economical gas filling of the same formats. The capacity is approximately 450 units with four filling lines. FAST GAS FILLING SYSTEMS The emphasis is not on filling speed, but rather on highest efficiency. With the fast-fill technology, the air is suctioned out of the IG unit. In this process filling capacity and suction capacity are precisely synchronised. Our proven gas analyser for concentration measurement is integrated in all of our gas filling systems. During the entire filling process, gas concentration is measured continuously and as soon as the desired gas concentration is reached the filling process is ended automatically. This is the only way to achieve uniform quality for each filling process. It is used to determine the gas content of a gas-filled and manufactured unit. Units manufactured at European standards are tested with this device six hours after production to determine the gas content. The purpose is to ensure production quality. It is a handheld and very easy-to-use device. ISO ALTIMETER This device balances the pressure within the double-glazed glass at the production facility before transport. This prevents breakage due to pressure changes and eliminates the need for post-transportation processing methods, such as the balloon method.
