Full-process PLC control system with touch screen HMI (Human-Machine Interface). It can clean both online and offline Low-E glass. The air knives of the cleaning machine automatically adjust according to glass thickness, and the brush speed of the Low-E glass cleaning section is frequency conversion-driven. Equipped with an automatic aluminum spacer positioning system, it automatically detects glass length, height and thickness, and adjusts the optimal gas-filling space to save gas consumption. The pressing machine adopts 3-axis/4-axis servo linkage, integrating glass assembling, pressing and gas filling functions to ensure the argon content in insulating glass is ?85%. It also supports gas filling for insulating glass with small and large panes on three/four sides.
