Glass Seaming Machine

The machine is equipped with three beams and four grinding head groups. Each grinding head group has 2 upper and 2 lower beveling grinding wheels, 1 bottom edge grinding wheel, and 1 film removal wheel. It can simultaneously perform rough grinding, beveling, bottom edge, and film removal processing for building insulating and door/window glass. Easy operation, capable of automatically adapting to changes in the length and width of the glass. The processing efficiency for orders with irregular dimensions is close to that of orders with a single size. The film removal wheel has an automatic compensation system. Before starting, it detects the diameter of the film removal wheel and adjusts the speed based on the wheel diameter, ensuring consistent wheel linear speed. Different from the common practice in the industry where the film removal wheel directly presses down after the glass is in place, our product's film removal wheel is in a suspended state, with minimal pressure, avoiding damage to the glass during film removal and reducing wear on the film removal wheel. The conveying part adopts rubber roller conveyance for smooth and durable operation. The crossbeam is welded with standard profiled materials, undergoes post-welding annealing treatment, is processed by a gantry machining center, and uses Taiwan-brand guide rails to ensure high speed, quiet operation, and a long service life during the glass processing of the grinding head group. The human-machine interface is easy to use and user-friendly.
