Fully Automatic PVC Win-door Four Corner Welding Double Head Cleaning Automatic Line

This automatic line is specialized in welding and cleaning outer corners of colored PVC profiles. It can be welded and formed into a rectangular window frame at one time, and then transferred to the double-head corner cleaning unit through the transfer workbench. The corner cleaning unit quickly cleans the outer corner welds and rubber strip grooves of two adjacent corners at the same time. Then transfer the finished window through the double-headed corner cleaning machine. After triggering the detection switch, it returns to clean the remaining two adjacent corners.
