High Tech Insulating Glass Line with thermoplastic spacer applicator

The High Tech line produces insulating glass units with a thickness of up to 80mm (100 mm as an option), with automatically applied thermoplastic spacer frame with a maximum of 2 chambers standard but 3 chambers as an option. The insulating glass products produced on this line are ideally suited for the modern residential, commercial, structural and architectural markets. The line washes and dries the glass panes thoroughly and then applies the thermoplastic spacer frame automatically. It then couples, gas fills and presses the glass panes together and dependent on product specification the glass panels can be offset or stepped. Finally, the cavity of the insulated glass unit is sealed with either PU, PS or silicon sealant. The line can also be specified with automatic low-emission coating removal, surface defect detection additional stations for thermal and production control as well as Georgian (muntin) bars mounting station and automatic cork protective pad application.
